In reply to <a href="https://jp43training.com/a-new-role/#comment-1588">Wally Stryk</a>.

I have a question about announcing rider positions during a race. Why is it, say a rider in 1000 SSTK is running in 5th overall but 1st in his class is announced as being in 5th position rather than 1st in class? There are no points for 5th overall and I believe riders in separate classes should be announced as such. I just think it would help clarify the standings.

When I have non-race oriented people watching a race I always have to explain the different number plate colors and classes. Then the racing starts and they get more confused with the announcing of positions.

Great job! I can't remember when the coverage has been so professional and the TV cameras are right there. I'm happy I get to watch my husband and team at work! Congrats on making the transition, it is so important when an experienced rider can give his unbiased views on all of the riders. Great job the four if you are doing, don't forget Christie!!! Thanks again I look firward to watching the races at home and it feels like I'm on the track!

Jason, you're doing a fantastic job! I've been watching motorcycle racing for many years and I can't believe how much I have been learning listening to your commentary. Your detailed perspective on everything from tires to setup to the rider mentality has been fantastically educational. I was overjoyed just to get the US series back on TV. Having you doing the color commentating has been a real bonus. And the combination of your calm, knowledge dropping ways with Greg's often excitable "Whoa! Did you see that pass!?" play by play has been like peanut butter and chocolate. Keep up the good work, and hope to see you in Chuckwalla this year.

On the Bay Area Riders Forum there is a section called the couch racers corner. You received rave reviews and so did Greg. So stoked to have MA on BEIN. I was at COTA and loved the Bobby Fong double in particular as he had his first PRO road race riding for barf.

Continued success. Totally enjoyed it!
GO MA!

I've needed to say this for awhile now Jason,,I've enjoyed watching you race over the years, enjoyed taking your Star School twice,,once with our TrackAddix team at Hastings Nebraska in 2008,I was riding my then new 08'Ducati 1098(red)you gave me some foot position pointers and than I did the 2 up ride with you,,,,what a bunch of fun that was.The first School was in Hearland Park Topeka back in like 98'-99'I think,,,,anyway I'll get to it.I so enjoy your commentary,,,the professionalism and accuracy you bring to the sport is above the rem.I was so frustrated with our series and wondered if it could recover but thankfully the BEIN sports group and moto america convinced you to come aboard and in the nick of time I might add.So from all my buddies that have been in so much pain over the dire state of our series coverage, you have allowed all of us to breath a way overdue sigh of relief and can now start to once again enjoy our sport here in the USA....Thank you so much for the excellent work.
