					<description><![CDATA[Jason - Thank you for this well written blog.  It is so important to teach students where &quot;they are&quot; in their journey.  So many times you see an expert talking about advanced level things that, although cool to hear about, the average rider/student cannot relate to.  Teaching forward from a relatable perspective is so critical for someone to advance...that progression can be amazing!  That is one of the things I enjoyed so much about my first STAR School just over 1 year ago.  You guys made it so easy for me to progress (OK, it&#039;s true that their was only one way to go for me) and I didn&#039;t feel intimidated.  I learned at my own level and pace (I was going so fast I had to be setting track records that day...I just slightly off the pace the 12 year-old on the 300 was going) which has been a huge factor in my progression as a rider.  I&#039;m excited to be coming back out in March to Chuckwalla with you and learning more.  See you soon!]]></description>
